McDougall Court Plants: RMF 2 and RMF 3

RMF's two McDougall Court Plants, RMF 2 and RMF 3, are just 4 miles away from our Corporate HeadquartersConestee Road Plant, RMF 1.

RMF 2 consists of 30,000 sq. ft. of production space and 20,000 of storage for customer packaging and order fulfillment. This facility has two large capacity automated rack lines for acid chloride zinc, alkaline zinc iron plating and acid zinc nickel. Large capacity being defined as first being able to handle large parts and second being able to handle high volumes.

The current specialty in this facility is automotive plating on ductile iron casting and large stampings. It also houses our salt spray lab and prototype research and development line.

All processes at RMF 2 and RMF 3 are free of hexavalent chrome.
