Conestee Road Plant

RMF 1, our Conestee Road Plant located adjacent to our Corporate Headquarters is 65,000 square feet with eleven automatic hoist lines. Here we offer barrel and rack machines plating zinc, zinc nickel, zinc cobalt and tin zinc. In addition, the RMF 1 plant has lines for phosphating and passivating as well as hydrogen embrittlement relief, off line passivates/sealers/topcoats, sorting and packaging.

This facility focuses mainly on smaller parts - both rack plated and barrel plated, screw machine parts, cold headed parts, stampings, small forgings and castings.

This plant hosts our trucking based operation. We offer pre-arraanged pickup and delivery currently serving 3 states, SC, NC, and GA. Our two RMF trucks provide gross capacities of 48,000 and 25,000 pounds.
