Electrodeposition produces Electrocoating or E-Coating providing metal finishing options. New to RMF, we are offering E-Coating - a natural extension to our current plating processes of Zinc and Zinc Alloy Electroplating and Zinc Phosphating. Our E-Coat rack began production in February using PPG chemistry. We are happy to bring this good news to many of our existing customers. Now, they will be able to reduce costs by Zinc Electroplating and E-Coating in one stop.

The same ISO/TS quality Systems and lean manufacturing techniques will be used in our electroplating operation providing:

* Controlled film thickness
* Environment friendly
* Uniformly coated parts
